L'application fournit des informations pour l'événement La Boucle. La Boucle est un événement qui a lieu chaque année au Québec, Canada et accessible à tous les ambassadeurs de modes de vie sains qui souhaitent soutenir le Grand défi Pierre Lavoie. L'utilisateur peut accéder aux informations de l'événement, des cartes et s'abonner aux notifications push.

INFORMATIONS FOURNIES PAR L'UTILISATEUR

L'application obtient les informations que vous fournissez lorsque vous téléchargez et enregistrez l'application. L'inscription chez nous est facultative. Toutefois, gardez à l'esprit que vous ne pourrez peut-être pas utiliser certaines des fonctionnalités offertes par l'application à moins de vous enregistrer auprès de nous.

L’APPLICATION RECUEILLE-T-ELLE AVEC PRECIS DES INFORMATIONS SUR L’EMPLACEMENT EN TEMPS REEL?

Lorsque vous visitez l'application mobile, nous pouvons utiliser la technologie GPS (ou une autre technologie similaire) pour déterminer votre position actuelle, afin de déterminer la ville dans laquelle vous vous trouvez et d'afficher une carte de localisation avec le contenu pertinent. Nous ne partagerons pas votre position actuelle avec d'autres utilisateurs ou partenaires. Si vous ne souhaitez pas que nous utilisions votre position aux fins énoncées ci-dessus, vous devez désactiver les services de localisation pour l'application mobile situés dans les paramètres de votre compte ou dans les paramètres de votre téléphone mobile et / ou dans l'application mobile.

NOTIFICATIONS DE PUSH

Nous utiliserons uniquement les notifications push pour vous rappeler vos activités dans l'application. Vous recevrez des notifications push uniquement si vous êtes abonné à des notifications push dans l'application. Pour vous désabonner, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous:

• Pour iOS: il vous sera demandé d'accepter ou de refuser les notifications push après le téléchargement d'une application. Si vous n'acceptez pas, vous ne recevrez pas de notifications push. Veuillez noter que si vous acceptez, certains téléphones vous permettront de désactiver les notifications push ultérieurement en utilisant les paramètres de votre téléphone. Pour gérer les notifications push sur votre téléphone mobile, veuillez suivre les instructions suivantes: Ouvrez le menu Paramètres et appuyez sur «Notifications»; Trouver l'application; Tapez sur l'icône de l'application; Gérez l'option «Notifications» en la faisant glisser sur OFF ou ON.

• Pour Android et Windows: après le téléchargement d'une application, vous recevrez automatiquement des notifications push. Vous pouvez gérer les notifications push sur votre téléphone mobile en entrant dans «l'écran d'information» sur la page d'accueil de l'application et en choisissant l'option «Paramètres». Ici, les notifications push peuvent être désactivées en décochant l'option «Notification» dans l'application.

Nous collectons des jetons de notification push afin de nous permettre de déterminer si vous êtes abonné à des notifications push. Lorsque vous décidez de vous désabonner des notifications push, ces jetons de notification push seront supprimés de notre base de données.

QUELS SONT MES DROITS D'EXTINCTION?

Vous pouvez facilement arrêter toute collecte d'informations par l'application en la désinstallant. Vous pouvez utiliser les processus de désinstallation standard disponibles dans votre appareil mobile, via le marché ou le réseau d'applications mobiles. Vous pouvez également demander la désinscription par courrier électronique à info@legdpl.com.

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application La Boucle (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Le Grand défi Pierre Lavoie.

The Application is providing information for the event La Boucle. La Boucle is an event that occurs in Quebec, Canada every year and accessible to all ambassadors of healthy lifestyles who want to support the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie. User can access information of the event, maps and subscribe to push notifications.

USER PROVIDED INFORMATION

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

COLLECTION OF DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

We collect the data necessary for you to use our app

We automatically obtain certain information about your computing device, including:

Network status (WiFi, etc.);
Technical device information (e.g. device model and name, operating system name and version, CPU information, storage size, screen size, firmware, software, mobile phone carrier, Internet service provider, API key identifier for application, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) on Android, Android ID, Android Serial No);
Push notifications token;
Geolocation;

DOES THE APPLICATION COLLECT PRECISE REAL TIME LOCATION INFORMATION OF THE DEVICE?

When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant content. We will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

We will only use push notifications to remind you about your activities within the Application. You will receive push notifications only if you are subscribed to push notifications in the Application. To unsubscribe, please use the instructions provided below:

•For iOS: You will be asked to accept or refuse push notifications after an Application is downloaded. If you do not accept, you will not receive push notifications. Please note that if you accept, some mobile phones will allow you to disable push notifications later on by using the settings on your mobile phone. To manage push notifications on your mobile phone please follow these instructions: Open your Settings menu and tap “Notifications”; Find the Application; Tap on the icon of Application; Manage the “Notifications” option by sliding it OFF or ON.

•For Android and Windows: After an Application is downloaded, you will automatically receive push notifications. You can manage push notifications on your mobile phone by entering the “info screen” on the homepage of the Application and choosing the “Settings” option. Here, push notifications can be disabled by unchecking the “Notification” option within the Application.

We collect push notification tokens in order for us to be able to determine whether you are subscribed to push notifications. When you decide to unsubscribe from push notifications, such push notification tokens will be deleted from our database.

WHAT ARE MY OPT-OUT RIGHTS?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at info@legdpl.com

Access, correction or deletion requests regarding your personal information may be submitted to info@legdplapp.com.
